Notice: March 13, 2020

As COVID-19 continues to impact the lives of many people in Canada and around the world, RCPA leadership has been working to evaluate the potential impacts of COVID-19 on our students, faculty and staff to determine the best strategy going forward. Out of an abundance of caution, and based on guidance available from various health authorities, RCPA is revising its plan in order to contribute to efforts to halt the spread of the virus.

• RCPA will suspend all on-site operations from March 16-29, inclusive. There will be no in-person instruction offered during this time in either College Program or Kids Program. College theatre productions are also postponed. We strongly encourage students and faculty to remain home and maintain social distancing to the best of their efforts

• Staff will be working remotely wherever possible as directed by managers

• Payroll will continue as normal during this two-week hiatus

RCPA will continue to revisit and reevaluate our policies as the global situation around COVID-19 evolves. We will be communicating any updates to you over the weeks ahead directly and via the COVID-19 section of our web site. While we endeavour to return to normalcy as soon as possible, we must also be cautious and do our part to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.

As we weather this unprecedented crisis, please take care of yourselves. We deeply appreciate your flexibility and patience as we navigate this together.
